Subscription Basics:
When you subscribe to any of our Monthly Subscription Options, you receive 10% off all products throughout our site! When you enroll, please allow 24 business hours for us to set up your subscription account and send your discount coupon code to the email that you signed up through.
What are My Subscription Options?
DTF Transfer Club: Receive 5-8 varying sized new Surprise Monthly Transfer Designs. These shipments will be going out within 30 days of your processed subscription payment.
Vinyl Decal Club: Receive 3-5 trendy new designs each month. They may be traditional vinyl or printed vinyl! These shipments will be going out within 30 days of your processed subscription payment.
Tee Club: Receive a Completed Tee Shirt Each month from a choice of 10 new Monthly Design options. Keep your tee each month for yourself, or edit your size and gift a tee! These shipments will be going out within 30 days of your processed subscription payment.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
In the event of an address change, just log into your account and find the "My Subscriptions" tab. Navigate to the subscription that you would like to Edit, and click the arrow on the right side of that Subscription. Here, you can update/change your information. Any Box changes must be made by the 15th of the month prior to the next ship date. For example, if your next box is scheduled to ship on March 1, you’d need to submit your address change by February 15. If you are beyond this deadline, please email hello@lewithme.com so we can make the manual change for the month. We cannot accept responsibility for boxes shipped to the wrong address.
How Do I Update My Payment Information?
Log into your account and find the "My Subscriptions" tab. Navigate to the subscription that you would like to Edit, and click the arrow on the right side of that Subscription. Here, you can update/change your payment information.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by emailing hello@lewithme.com a minimum of 3 business days prior to your next processing date.
How Will My Items Ship?
All of our Subscriptions ship with USPS First Class Mail.
What Is The Subscription Return Policy?
There are currently no returns or substitutions on Subscription Items. We recommend gifting items to a friend or family member that may enjoy it.
