Starting January 15, for every dollar you spend-- whether it's on products or subscriptions (DTF, Creator, Tee Club or Artisan) you will earn 1 point. 10 points = $1.00 (which equates to 10% off). The best part? No more hassle with coupon codes at checkout. Simply redeem the points you've earned! Start earning and redeeming today!

How does this change Monthly Subscriptions?
Great news! The DTF, Creator, and Tee Club Subscriptions remain the same. The only change is that, instead of using a 10% off coupon code, subscribers will now earn points with every subscription renewal. These points can be redeemed on future orders, giving you even more rewards for being a loyal subscriber. It's an easier, more rewarding way to enjoy your subscription.
What about Artisans? NEW PRICE $99.00/year
Going forward, the new price for Artisan memberships is $99 for the year. What does that get you?
As an Artisan Subscriber, you'll receive a coupon code to apply at checkout, giving you an instant 10% discount on your order. But that's not all-- for every dollar you spend (after the discount is applied), you'll also earn points, with 1 point for every dollar spent. These points can be "banked" and used on future orders.
In other words, as an Artisan, you'll effectively be earning 20% on each order-- 10% right away through your discount, and 10% in points for future savings.
One thing to remember: the system lets you choose between using your coupon code or redeeming your points, but not both at once. So feel free to save up your points and use them whenever you're ready!

Current Artisans:
For those of you already enrolled under the $99.00 recurring payment plan, there's nothing you need to do! Your coupon code will be automatically updated to reflect 10% savings on January 15, and your pints rewards will be activated. (The coupon code you've been using is the same one you will use moving forward. If you don't know your code, please reach out to us so we can get it to you).
However, if you're signed up under the $199.00 plan, ACTION IS REQUIRED. You'll need to cancel your current subscription before your renewal date and re-enroll at the new, lower $99.00 price. If you don't make this change, your card will be charged the $199.00, and we won't be able to issue any refunds.
To check which plan you're on, simply log into your account, go to the "My Subscriptions" page, and find your "Artisan Annual" subscription. Make sure the price shows $99.00 and not $199.00.

Current Sharing Bonuses (Grandfathered Program)
We still have some Creators who are grandfathered into our Sharing Bonus program, which is no longer available to new subscribers. Under this program, Creators earn $5 per month for each person they've referred who subscribes to the monthly DTF, Creator, or Tee Club.
In the past, there have been a few system issues affecting how these Sharing Bonuses were processed, but we're excited to share an upgrade! With the launch of our new points rewards system, your Sharing Bonuses will now be awarded in the form of points. You'll still earn the $5 per person (in points), but instead of receiving your bonuses quarterly, they'll now be added to your points banks monthly.
For example, if you earned $20.00 in Sharing Bonuses for December, we will upload 200 points into your account the following month. You can then redeem these points on future orders.
And here's the exciting part-- if you're owned Sharing Bonuses for July through December 2024, those points will be available in your points bank starting January 15. Happy Shopping!
New Referral Program
In addition to our exciting new points system, we're thrilled to launch our Referral Program! When you refer a new friend to Artisan, they'll receive a special coupon, and you'll earn points toward even more rewards. It truly pays to share Artisan with your friends!

Love working with vinyl but feel hesitant about creating your own tees? No worries! We've made it easy for you to purchase beautifully decorated apparel directly from our site. Simply choose the item you want, specify your design option in the notes, or upload your own design. We'll take care of the rest-- getting it into production and shipping it to you, ready to wear!

NEW! Design Drops
In our early days of our direct sales journey, one of the things that worked incredibly well for us was launching new products each month. As the company evolved, we decided to pause that initiative for a while. But after putting our thinking caps on and listening to your valuable feedback, we're excited to announce that we're bring it back with monthly Design Drops!
Each month, we'll release a collection of vinyl designs (from the vinyl subscription), and DTF designs (from the DTF subscription and Tee Club). These designs will be uploaded for easy ordering, giving you fresh options to offer to your customers.
While the best value will still be getting the product in the monthly subscriptions, we're thrilled to offer these new designs for those of you who want to marked them to your customers each month. And here's an exciting bonus: as we mentioned earlier, you can now take these DTF designs and "build your own shirt" directly in the ordering system. So, if you loved a design you received as a Tee Club subscriber, you can order it on a sweatshirt, too!
We want to be transparent: while we aim to release these new designs during the first week of every month, the exact dates may vary. We're committed to making these designs as consistent as possible, and we can't wait to see how you use them!

Tee Party Launch!
After seeing all the excitement around DTF, we're thrilled to officially launch our Tee Party Make & Take design options! These designs will be available for purchase as single DTF transfers (for easy ordering) and will also be included in the gallery on the Gang Sheet Builder (for even more savings). As the program grows, we'll continue to add fresh designs throughout the year.

You may have noticed (or maybe you didn't), that in August 2024 we transitioned our customer facing website into your new ordering system.
After careful consideration and valuable feedback, we've decided to relaunch our customer-facing site- this time, even better! Customers can now explore our entire range of Vinyl Designs, Tee Designs, Blank Apparel and Surfaces (without pricing) to get inspired and start planning their orders.
And here's an exciting part: we've also added a "Find a Creator" map to help customers connect with Creators to place orders. To be featured on the map, you must be an Artisan subscriber.
